The Gallatin County Catholic Parishes are located in extreme southeastern Illinois and are in the East Deanery of the Diocese of Belleville.

The four parishes are: St. Joseph Church of Equality, St. Joseph Church of Ridgway, St. Patrick Church of Pond Settlement, and St. Mary Immaculate Conception Church of Shawneetown.

The parishes publish both an online and printed Bulletin and have developed local Parish Policies.
